College Campus Member Registration

Cost: $25 per college campus delegation, no matter how many people (students, staff, or faculty) plan to attend. Deadline to register and guarantee a printed name tag and box lunch is Friday, April 1st. No joke. Please direct registration questions to: Nancy Tubbs.

Step 1 - Look at the bottom of this page to see if your campus delegation has already registered.  If not, go to step 2. If yes, go to step 3.

Step 2 - Click here to complete the campus online registration form. Once the form is submitted, please mail a $25 registration payment check to:

Write the name of your campus on the "memo" line. Make the check payable to "QCC." If you need a printable form to process a check, click here.

Step 3 -  Click here to register yourself for the conference, once your campus delegation has registered.  This form has three sections. The second page allows you to anonymously state your caucus preferences. The third page allows you to anonymously share demographic info.

Accommodations for Physical Disabilities

Professional ASL interpretation will be provided at keynote presentations and possibly for performers. A limited number of volunteer ASL interpreters will be available for individual participants attending workshops. We also can provide golf cart transportation for people with limited mobility, and larger-print programs for people with reduced vision. Please notify us of needed ADA-related accommodations by contacting Eric Peterson by March 11, 2011.
